HIH is extremely knowledgeable. They are never too busy when I call...Their reports are fantastic. We can see exactly what our practice is doing from every angle so we can see if we need to change something. We rely heavily on their recommendations.

I have never had any kind of problem with HIH and I believe that is because the staff truly have our best interest at heart.

Karen works very hard on our account. She makes sure we have our authorizations, etc. She is always auditing and making sure insurance and other info is current so we get the highest return on our accounts receivable.
